Do you dye single garments, or only bulk orders?

Single garments, absolutely — not just bulk. Whether it's one piece or a full production run, it gets the same care and process.

Will the finished colour match exactly what I asked for?

Accepted Answer

We match as closely as possible, but colour matching is a delicate process — done by both machine and hand — so a natural variation of around 5–10% is standard, industry-wide. Water temperature, the dye used, and fabric type and quantity all affect the final shade, and some of these variables are outside anyone's control; we flag this to every client upfront. If you need a guaranteed exact shade, we run physical samples first and send you swatches to choose from before bulk production.

Can a damaged or stained garment be saved by redyeing?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Redyeing darker can hide stains and extend the life of a branded or well-loved piece.

Does fabric shrink after dyeing?

Accepted Answer

Minimal shrinkage — especially on pre-washed garments. We can also apply a pre-shrinking treatment beforehand if needed.

Will the dye smell?

No. We use premium German dyes that are skin-friendly and smell-free.

Will the colour bleed or fade?

Accepted Answer

Some excess dye is normal in the first few washes — wash your piece separately for at least the first 4 washes, and that's simply surplus colour leaving the fabric, not fading. Depending on the fabric and garment, we may also apply a colour-fixing treatment to help minimise this further.

What's your minimum order quantity?

We work with low minimum order quantities — from a single garment through to full bulk production.

Do you dye accessories, not just fabric?

Accepted Answer

Yes — buttons, feathers, tassels, ribbons, nets and ropes can all be colour-matched to your main fabric.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we arrange pickup and drop-off through a trusted courier partner. Orders of more than 3 items get free pickup and delivery; for smaller orders, pickup and drop-off are each AED 30 — that goes straight to the courier, not to us.

Question 10

Can you help with printing, not just dyeing?

Accepted Answer

For large-format or custom digital printing, we hand you to our sister company, Bayt Al Print — printing specialists at wholesale scale.

Where are you located, and who do you work with?

We're based in Dubai. For wholesale orders, we work with fashion designers, interior designers, hoteliers and garment manufacturers across the GCC — and for single garments, we work with anyone and everyone.
